A few years ago we placed speed humps at Columbia Avein Hartsdale. The speed humps have been helpful in slowing down traffic. Within the next few weeks we will be placing speed humps on a very busy and narrow street--- South Washington Avein Hartsdale. Neighbors have complained for years about traffic and safety related matters. Residents of S Washington requested that we place the speed humps on this street.   PAUL FEINER
