My father, Phil Feiner, passed away earlier this evening. My family would be most grateful for privacy during this sad time for us. We decided to have a small private service for family members. I will not be responding to e mails or phone calls until sometime next week. In lieu of flowers please do something nice for someone else or make a contribution to your favorite charity.
My father spent many hours as a volunteer looking for ways to save taxpayer dollars. Last year he was honored and included in the Westchester County Senior Citizen Hall of Fame. The following news story about my father was aired on WCBS 880 last year.
