UPDATED SNOW INFORMATION
Release Date: February 13, 2014

Our crews have been out --clearing the roads. However, because the snow is very heavy and coming down very fast (2-4 inches per hour) the road conditions will deteriorate quickly after the plows have been on your street. We will continue our efforts to clear roads until the snow stops. Based on comments we received after previous storms we have created a new feature on our town website: www.greenburghny.com ---highlighting storm closures. Today we posted the fact that sanitation has been cancelled today...Town Hall will close at  6 pm...no evening Board meetings at Town Hall tonight....the library is closed...classes at the community center/TDYCC/multipurpose center cancelled.
I just received this advisory from emergency management... At the bottom of the page there is info about Metro North, bee line, Con Ed outage reports....
