Services have been announced for former Greenburgh Deputy Supervisor and County Board of Legislators Chairwoman Lois Bronz, the first African-American elected to the Westchester County Board of Legislators.
Visitation will be at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19 at Lee's Funeral Home, 160 Fisher Ave. in White Plains.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 at Sacred Heart Church, 11 Lawton Ave. in Hartsdale.
Bronz died Monday, Feb. 12 at the age of 90.
She was elected to the Greenburgh Town Board in 1976 and was elected to the Westchester County Board of Legislators in 1993.
Bronz went on to become chairwoman in 2002 and served on the board until 2009.
