TREES ARE FALLING ALL OVER TOWN...STAY INDOORS, IF POSSIBLE
Release Date: March 02, 2018

Just spoke with the Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, Rich Fon. Extreme wind gusts have caused a number of trees to fall down.  I took the photo of a tree that fell on Ridge Rd  15 minutes ago.  This is just one of the trees that fell. More trees are expected to fall as the winds pick up.  You should try to stay off the roads.  And—if you have cans or barrels  out –bring them inside since the winds will cause them to move away from their intended location.

Be careful.

PAUL FEINER
