I had a very productive meeting with Toby Ritter. Mr. Ritter is the landlord for many of the businesses on E Hartsdale Ave. Mr. Ritter indicated that he does not anticipate any long term vacancies on the avenue and provided me with some confidential information that I cannot share at this time (positive info about the avenue). I am very pleased. East Hartsdale Aveis a desirable place and we’re going to do whatever we can to make the avenue come alive.
JAZZ CONCERTS COMING TO E HARTSDALE AVEEVERY SATURDAY FROM NOONTO 2 STARTING JULY 7TH—DESANTIPLAZA.The concerts are sponsored by Uni Star Federal Credit Union and will e held opposite Starbucks and Metro North RR, during the farmer’s market.
