United Water is creating a panel for Westchester County residents who live in the United Water district. US Postal Service to conduct survey of residents of Greenburgh who reside in l0603 and l0607 zip codes (White Plains post office) to determine if they want to change their address from White Plains to Greenburgh. Residents of Greenburgh pay less in sales tax than residents of Greenburgh. Many Greenburgh residents who have a WP address overpay.
