Greenburgh, NY Winners & Finalists in Greenburgh's 32nd Annual Poetry Contest To Be Announced at Town Hall Reception Sunday afternoon, June 1st, Greenburgh's Arts and Culture Committee will sponsor a reception to celebrate original poetry and announce winners and finalists in its 32nd Annual Poetry Contest. The free reception will be held at Greenburgh Town Hall, 320 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford. Poets and poetry lovers are invited to attend and hear winners and finalists in all age categories read their prizewinning entries. Awards and readings by Juveniles six through 12 years old and Students 13 - 18 years of age will begin at 2 pm. Adult awards and readings will begin at 3 p.m. Ruth Wayland, a teacher at Pocantico Hills School, will be presented with the Arts and Culture Committee's 2003 Supporter of the Arts Award during the reception. An anthology of prize winning entries from the competition will be available for purchase in early fall.
