Comprehensive Plan updates............. Moratorium on development expires on June 30th. The Town Board had 6 public hearings since March 26th on the proposed plan/laws. A final draft will be available on Friday at 4 PM. E mail Mark Stellato at mstellato@greenburgh.com if you want a copy of the final draft for floor area ratio standards and density calculations e mailed to you. The Town Board will hold a work session meeting on the comprehensive plan this coming Monday from 5-7 PM at Town hall. We will have another meeting on Tuesday afternoon to finalize the language for the plan. The laws, if enacted, will limit development in the town. The proposed laws are similar to what other communities are doing re: land use planning.
