"The City of Yonkers has forwarded the adopted scoping document for the draft environmental impact statement for the Ridge Hill Village Center Project. The project as proposed includes approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. of retail stores; a 350 room hotel; 40,000 conference center and up to 800 units of residential housing; and approximately 150,000 of office and research facilities. There will be approximately 5,000 parking spaces located throughout the site, both along the internal streets of the village center as well as in covered and uncovered parking facilities along the perimeter of the property."
