You are invited to attend the Dedication Ceremony of the 9/11 Memorial Mural this coming Sunday, December 7^th at noonat Webb Field (Central Ave, Greenburgh).  Nearly 2000 tiles, individually painted by WestchesterCountyresidents who worked with the Westchester Arts Council, are displayed on a l00’ long 9’ high wall. Rotary International District 7230 which serves Westchester, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Islandand Bermudapaid for the cost of the wall ($43,000). The Town of Greenburgh invited the Arts Council to place the 9/11 Memorial Mural at the Greenburgh park. The town was responsible for overseeing the construction of the wall and will assume maintenance responsibilities.
