The town of Greenburghhas received a $100,000 grant from the federal government (with the assistance of Congresswoman Nita Lowey) in the amount of $100,000 to assist the police in our efforts to be proactive re: terrorist prevention. The funds will go towards personal protection suits and equipment such as meters for measuring radioactivity and gases.
