11 PM STORM UPDATE--no power outages, no downed trees

Just got off the phone with the Greenburgh police. As of 11 PM there were no reported power outages in the town. No downed trees. And, no road closures. Our crews are out trying to make the roads as passable as possible but we recommend that you stay home. PAUL FEINER
