The Greenburgh Town Board has received revised proposals from affordable housing developers to lease the WESTHELP property for affordable housing targetting the 55+ population. A special meeting will be held on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM for the purposes of making a selection. The revised proposals are great news for the town --better terms and significant more revenue to the town. I am very pleased that the Town Board has been devoting so much time reviewing each of the bids and pushing for more favorable terms that will benefit town taxpayers. Due diligence is paying off!
