Release Date: May 01, 2013

GOOD NEWS- 100% OF STORES ON E HARTSDALE AVE (DOWNTOWN BUSINESS AREA) are now occupied or soon to be rented out)

The Greenburgh Town Board passed a resolution yesterday referring a special permit application by

REDDING RAILROAD FROZEN YOGURT, LLC (D/B/A PEACHWAVE SELFSERVE
FROZEN YOGURT SHOP) FOR A RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 228
EAST HARTSDALE AVENUE TO THE PLANNING BOARD FOR A REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION.  This is great news. I remember the years when the avenue had many vacancies. At one point almost half of the store fronts were vacant. Once the new Yogurt store opens up the avenue will be fully occupied--for the first time in many years.
