Would you volunteer for program-volunteers would deliver library materials to elderly/disabled?
Release Date: September 11, 2013

A number of libraries around the county work with volunteers who deliver library materials to elderly or disabled residents who can't access the library. I received the following information from the Rye Free Reading Room which partners with SPRYE.
Question: If the Greenburgh Library Board would implement this initiative - would you be willing to volunteer for the cause?
Please e mail me if you are interested. This is the kind of program that I think will be appreciated by our elderly and disabled residents who love books but are home bound. My e mail is pfeiner@greenburghny.com
