DANCING IN THE STREETS OF DOBBS FERRY SATURDAY--DOBBS FERRY FESTA
Tomorrow (Saturday) is the annual Dobbs Ferry FESTA. It's an amazing street fair. The downtown business district is closed to traffic from 1 to 8 PM. There are inflatables for kids, an artists walk, lots of food, great music, excellent vendors, great buys from local merchants and 10,000+ pedestrians. Watch the video link of a previous FESTA. If you want to have a great time this weekend the Dobbs Ferry FESTA is a MUST.

Last night the Greenburgh Town Board approved a lease to turn the WESTHELP housing into affordable housing. If you want to read the lease - the link to the document is below. The proposed lease must be approved by the county government. I forwarded a request to the County Executive and Board of Legislators -asking the county to act quickly so that the apartments can be renovated for affordable housing. I think we can convert the apartments into a great affordable housing asset and hope to see some smiling faces of tenants when the apartments are occupied.
