Greenburgh school event cancelled tonight

Hi Folks,
According to the Greenburgh CSD website, all after school events will be cancelled this evening and school facilities will be closed. This means we will have to postpone tonight's event until January 8th. I still need confirmation on the availability of our speakers for that date, so for now I will not send out the updated flyers until I get confirmation, hopefully today.
I will send out reschedule notices through communications channels (press releases, websites, social media, robocalls, email blasts, etc.) by 12:00 PM today. I will also follow up with RJ Bailey to see if I can have a poster sized sign outside the door, announcing the reschedule, just in case someone does not receive the multi-channel communications and shows up at the school.
Thank you all for your hard work and rest assured that it will not go in vain. I wish you all Happy Holidays and a wonderful New Year, and look forward to working with you in 2014.
Scenario 1:
- If the schools close tomorrow due to weather then RJ Bailey facilities will not be available. Therefore I will have to postpone the education forum until perhaps January 8th. I still need to confirm if Mr. Ross, Dr. Chase, Mr. Varuolo and the RJ Bailey facilities will be available that day if that is the case.
