Westchester Magazine, in their February issue, names "10 of the Best New Restaurants" in Westchester. Two are located on East Hartsdale Ave: Oporto (formerly Alcaria) - a portuguese restaurant located at 191 East Hartsdale Ave. And, Lia's (A Pizzeria, remade). Lia's is located at 202 E Hartsdale Ave. Good news for the avenue which only a few years ago was facing substantial vacancies. PAUL FEINER
