TOWN BD TO VOTE ON EXEMPTING LIBRARY FROM ZONING
Release Date: March 03, 2005

The Greenburgh Town Board will be voting on Wednesday, March 9th on scheduling the date of the upcoming  20 million dollar library expansion referendum. In addition, the Town Board will be voting on a resolution that would exempt the library from having to comply with the town's own zoning laws. I believe that the library should have to comply with our own zoning laws.  I also believe that the community has not been provided with adequate information to justify the scheduling of a referendum in May.  The Town Board meeting will begin at 7:15 PMat GreenburghTown Hall, Wednesday, March 9th.  PAUL FEINER
