Today is the last cultural heritage festival for 2015 and will feature Jewish music traditions. The location: Kensico Dam from 12-6 PM in Valhalla.  During the summer I have bicycled to most of the festivals - enjoying the Bronx River Parkway bike trail which gets cyclists to the dam from Scarsdale or the County Center. It's a beautiful bike path.
