On the agenda of tonight's Town Board meeting - the Board will refer an amended site plan application to the Planning Board for review. Hackley School, which is located in the unincorporated section of Greenburgh, is seeking permission to construct a 116,725 sq. ft. Health and Wellness Complex with two gymnasiums, a natatorium, eight squash courts, a wrestling room, a fencing room, and an indoor track on their property. They need permission from the Planning Board and Town Board. 

Hackley School is located on Benedict Ave in Tarrytown. Our Planning department is working with Robert Martin Corporation to construct at the expense of the developer a new sidewalk on a large portion Benedict Ave in unincorporated Greenburgh. That sidewalk is expected to be built this year and was a condition of approval to the Stop & Shop supermarket approvals. In the coming months we will step up our efforts to build additional sidewalks around town.

We will also hear from our summer interns and will approve a change in the law to allow new car dealerships to open up on Central Ave. The Town Board meeting begins at 7:30 PM.
