DPW will start picking up Christmas trees this coming week

The Greenburgh Public Works department will start picking up Christmas trees this coming week.  According to Richard Fon, Deputy Commissioner of Public Works our crews look for the trees during the regular pick up.  And then we go back with a packer that is collecting just organic waste. 
There is no need to call or email.
