Vince Ferrandino, our consultant in the Jefferson housing development proposal (272 proposed apartments on Lawrence) , will meet with the Town Board on Tuesday, March 23rd at 9:30 Am to discuss the draft scoping document and to answer questions from the Town Board. The Town Board will vote on the scoping document -which highlights areas to be studied, on March 23rd.  The scoping document is a document required by NYS law -and identifies the issues that will be studied during the review process.  We had two public hearings earlier this year on a draft report and listened to many residents.

The link to the scoping document as currently drafted is below

Our meetings are streamed live on the town website (www.greenburghny.com) and also archived.  If you provide me with written questions that you would like me to ask Mr. Ferrandino about the scoping document I will ask the questions.  At our work sessions we generally do not have public comments. We do allow residents to speak at our evening Town Board meetings. Our next evening Board meeting is Wednesday at 7:30 PM. The Board will vote on the scoping document on Wednesday.   Please e mail suggested questions you'd like asked to townboard@greenburghny.com.
