NEW BUSINESS ON CENTRAL AVE -ONCE UPON A CHILD-BUYS AND SELLS USED CHILDREN'S CLOTHING

Late last week I attended a ribbon cutting ceremony - Once Upon a Child- on Central Ave. When I arrived the place was packed with people. I was advised that there were lines early in the morning waiting to get in!  Have a feeling that this new business will be a big success.  We're trying to replace some of the vacant storefronts on Central Ave with exciting new businesses.
