4th grader's and their parents can go to any national park for FREE SAVE
Release Date: August 21, 2016

The White House has started a new program that could benefit every family in Greenburgh that has a 4th grader living with them! the initiative provides every 4th grader student in America, along with his or her family the opportunity to visit more than 2,000 federally managed lands and waters for FREE.

This year the National Park Service celebrates its 100th anniversary.  If your child will be in 4th grade this coming fall students are eligible to participate in the program as of September 1, 2016.

I just learned of the program and wonder if the program is adequately promoted by the federal government. If you have a child in the 4th grade or entering the 4th grade please advise if you were aware of this initiative. A link to the program appears below.

SAVE THE DATE: If you have a dog take the dog to our annual dog swim at AF Veteran park (after the pool has closed for the season). Hundreds of dogs jump into the pool between the hours of 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, September 10th. It's one of our most popular events.
