The Greenburgh Town Board voted to award a bid to ETM Solar Work to install solar panels at Town Hall.

The Board also approved a “pilot agreement” between the Countyof Westchester IDAand 422 Warburton Avefor the construction of 14 units of affordable housing in Hastings.

UnionBaptistChurchreceived approval from the Board re: it’s application for Comprehensive Development Plan---a major step that will lead to the expansion of the church, which is located on Manhattan Ave.

Richard Marasse was appointed Deputy Town Attorney…Bart Talamini was appointed as Deputy Comptroller and James Robinson is the  new Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Community Resources.

…and numerous parking prohibitions were approved on Marion Ave and on streets near Ardsley High School – as a result of community feedback.
