Stranger danger--remind your kids! vehicle with driver who looked suspicious

Remind your kids… be careful…stranger danger! If you or your child ever see something suspicious don’t be shy! Report it to the police. Greenburgh is a safe community. Crime is low. On October 7, 2016, Greenburgh Police Patrol Units responded to Stonewall Cir in the Orchard Hill section of town for a suspicious incident. Three Juveniles reported that on October 6th at approx. 340pm, they observed a white 4 door sedan possibly a Honda with an unknown Connecticut license plate. The vehicle was operated by a white male 60-70 years of age with white hair, gray beard and wearing glasses. The vehicle slowly approached them and began taking pictures. Additional incidents occurred on October 4th and 5th, where a male fitting the same description was observed operating a white van with New York plates, following a juvenile. When he was approached by the juvenile’s parent, he fled the area. The incidents are being investigated by Greenburgh Police Special Victims Unit.
