Highlights include: the annual Spooktoberfest at Hartsbrook Park off of Ridge Road, Hartsdale from 12-4:30 sponsored by the parks department. This event is a highlight of the year for young children and their parents. Another favorite that attracts thousands of people: the Dobbs Ferry Festa from 1 PM to 8 PM at Main & Cedar Street. It's a gigantic street fair with music, delicious food, street vendors. The village of Irvington has another great event planned from 3 to 9 PM Rocktoberfest in Irvington.
