This article might interest you. When Mrs. Green's closed their shopping center on Central Ave in Hartsdale they indicated that they would re-open in Dobbs Ferry when Riverowns square opens. Circumstances have changed. Mrs. Greens is out. But, a supermarket could be in. This major shopping center, approved by the Village of Dobbs Ferry (not the town), will open next year.
