a segment of Payne Street underneath the Sprain Brook Parkway will be closed for emergency work starting at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon and lasting until approximately 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, 12/24. As you’ve mentioned, the road will be closed to traffic except for the following hours:
6:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Since this is a last minute closure, the State has notified Greenburgh PD, Elmsford PD, & Mount Pleasant PD.
