THE DANFORTH APARTMENTS – This a newly constructed 202 unit development located off of Exit 16 of the Saw Mill River Parkway (Lawrence St) in Dobbs Ferry which includes 10 affordable apartments – 5 one bedrooms and 5 two bedrooms. The one bedroom rent is $1,117; the two bedroom, $1,358. Tenant pays all utilities, including heat and hot water. There is also a parking fee of $75 and an amenities package fee of $50.
