Lohud.com ran a story in today’s paper about a great new initiative: super fast gigabit internet service will be available to residents of Greenburgh shortly giving businesses and local residents high speed access to data and information essential for growth and making annoying buffering and lag times for residents streaming movies or games a thing of the past. The link to the story is below. The Westchester County Association issued a statement indicating that Altice is more interested in going after the higher income communities. They should be aware of the fact that Greenburgh is a diverse community –with both high incomes and low incomes. Our entire town is going to benefit from this new service. http://www.lohud.com/story/news/local/westchester/2017/10/04/greenburgh-gigabit-internet/726739001/ Last week a few hundred veterans and their families enjoyed our annual veterans appreciation barbeque. Here is the link to the Veteran's Appreciation BBQ 2017 which will also play on cable. Enjoy! We appreciate the contributions our veterans made to democracy. http://greenburghny.swagit.com/play/10032017-1506 PAUL FEINER
