Earlier this year the Greenburgh Town Board authorized the leasing of Rumbrook Park during off peak months for indoor tennis. A bubble has been placed over the tennis courts and will open up this coming Wednesday. The indoor tennis facility will be open till April 30th. At that time the bubble will come down and the tennis facility will once again be used by our recreation department. I am very pleased with this new initiative. Tennis lovers will be able to enjoy tennis year round. And, the town will generate some additional annual revenue. In addition, the bathrooms were renovated and there is a cushioned premier court which is easy on the body.
