Worried about staying warm and comfortable this winter while keeping your energy bills manageable? Home heating fuel prices are expected to be as much as 50% higher this winter for natural gas, and almost as much for oil! Electricity rates are likely to rise, too. Homeowners, come learn about: · What you can do now to reduce home heating expenses and make your home more comfortable, including some simple no-cost and low-cost steps. · What financial incentives and assistance may be available to you through New York State and federal programs to help make energy-saving home improvements more affordable.
