Councilman Steve Bass will introduce a resolution to rename the corner of Old Army Road and Central Avenue in memory of David Kreiness, a longtime Edgemont resident, at the Greenburgh Town Board meeting Wednesday, Aug. 9. In his 29 years as an Edgemont resident, Mr. Kreiness served as a director, 2nd vice-president and president of the Edgemont Community Council (ECC), and was a board member of the Council of Greenburgh Civic Associations. He also co-chaired the Town’s committee which oversaw the Ridge Hill development. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 177 Hillside Ave. at 7:15 p.m.
