Sunday's NY TIMES has a nice article about Greenburgh's first Poet Laureate - BRENDA CONNOR-BEY. The article is also on line (
www.nytimes.com) in the region section "Poet of Black Urban Culture is Now Suburban Laureate." Brenda, the winner of four PEN Awards and a former fellow at Yaddo, will be sworn in to office at the September 13th Town Board meeting. She is a true Greenburgh treasure!
