The Town Board decided yesterday, in work session, to remove some properties from the auction list. The auction will take place at the Town Hall at 10 AMon Monday.  Among properties being removed from the auction list are the waterwheel property on Saw Mill River Roadin Ardsley; Jackson Aveproperty; 27 Main Street& 41 Hillsdale Road, Dobbs Ferry. The Town Board reserves the right to auction off the properties at a later date.

The proposed leaf law under review will be the subject of a public hearing tonight –no vote is expected to take place.

My proposed budget for 2007 will be released on Monday.
