A minor update--all of the residents of 180 E Hartsdale Ave were able to find more comfortable locations to spend the night at. One resident was transported to a hotel. The multipurpose center was not used. Originally, we thought 6 people would require shelter at our multipurpose building. The police chief has advised me that only the parking authority can waive parking rules. The chief indicated that people cannot be allowed ot park in areas where parking is prohibited as this would be dangerous. PAUL FEINER
