Based on the National Weather Service's declaration of a Winter Storm Warning for Westchester County, I am declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY for East Hartsdale Avenue beginning at 12:30 p.m., today, December 13, 2007. During the period the Snow Emergency is in effect, No Parking will be allowed on East Hartsdale Avenue. Vehicles parked in violation of the declaration will be summonsed and towed.
