Many residents of Edgemont have lost phone, internet and TV service from Verizon--

Many residents of Edgemont have been contacting me since last night and all day today - they are frustrated- lack of phone, internet and TV. And, they can't get information about the cause or an accurate estimate when service will be restored from Verizon. I have reached out to my Verizon corporate and government liaison contacts and have asked that they give the restoration the highest priority attention. Last night a road was closed while Verizon was working on the restoration. The roads are open but the service has not been restored.
I will also reach out to the CEO of Verizon tomorrow and will complain about the failure of the company to provide residents with updates as to the cause and with accurate restoration timetables. The lack of information is aggravating

As soon as I hear back I will provide residents with an update. Sorry for the inconveniences this labor day.
